Mrs. Harneet Kour
Founder & Lead Mentor
Mrs. Harneet Kour is the Founder of Splendours Coders and an experienced Computer Science educator with more than 15 years of teaching experience. She previously served as an Assistant Professor and has dedicated her career to helping students build strong programming fundamentals through practical learning.
She completed her M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) and is GATE Qualified. Throughout her academic career, she has mentored undergraduate and postgraduate students, guided M.Tech dissertations, and contributed to research by publishing over 20 research papers in national and international journals and conferences.
With extensive experience in teaching school students, university students and working professionals, she believes that programming is best learned through hands-on projects, problem solving and real-world applicationsrather than memorizing concepts.
Under her leadership, Splendours Coders offers personalized offline and online training in Python, Java, Artificial Intelligence, Web Development, Scratch Programming, AP Computer Science, C, C++, Data Structures, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, Computer Networks and other computer science subjects for school students, college students and professionals.
Her vision is to bridge the gap between academic education and industry expectations by creating an engaging learning environment where students develop technical expertise, logical thinking, creativity and confidence to succeed in higher education and future careers.
